What is Doofclunk Trades?
Doofclunk Trades is a rules-based automated ETF allocation app. You connect a dedicated Alpaca brokerage account, select a risk tier, and Doofclunk maintains the published allocation using monthly/drift rebalancing and a 200-day market trend overlay. AI and news are separate research tools and do not directly drive orders.
We never hold your money. All funds remain in your personal brokerage account at all times. Doofclunk only has permission to place trades — it cannot withdraw funds.
How It Works
- Sign up for free and connect your Alpaca brokerage account (paper or live).
- Set your risk level — from conservative to growth-oriented ETF allocations.
- Doofclunk checks drift and the market trend rule, then rebalances when due.
- View your portfolio, allocation decisions, and broker-sourced P&L.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your account reverts to the free tier (Doofclunk Lite) — paper trading only, risk capped at Balanced Growth.
- Your positions and funds remain in your brokerage account unchanged.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at doofclunk@doofclunktrades.com.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be managed or cancelled at any time.
